Sibylle has taken up in her professional endeavours, Gandhi's famous quote, after a series of changes in her own career path: after 12 years in the Brussels and Tournai Bar, Sibylle faced the challenge of expatriation in Budapest and New York, where she got academic and first hand experience on how to help people and organisations anticipate and adapt to an ever changing environment, maximising opportunities and gains, whilst minimizing adjustment costs.

She further specialises in coaching professionals in helping them to increase performance focusing on process and communication. Sibylle holds law degrees from the university of Namur and the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, and a certificate in coaching from the New York University. She is also a certified coach in Process Communication© Taibi Kahler since 2011.
